What is the difference between a Property Management service and a Home Watch service?
While many aspects of Home Watch and Home Check services resemble a property management service the main difference is that a home watch service does not seek occupants or collect rent on a regular basis. A Home Watch service performs scheduled inspections of “vacant” and “absentee” properties while the owner is away.
What are your rates?
Since each home is unique, we offer competitive prices based upon a customized in-house quote. Our services, though substantially more comprehensive, cost less than the average house-sitter.
